Hi Everyone!
Welcome to my most awesome website about Everything Art!
PERSONAL:
I was born in 1978, in Iowa City, Iowa. I currently reside with my husband and 3 children in Kansas City, MO. I am a full-time mom and a part-time student. My spare time is spent gardening, reading, and creating anything artistic. I love listening to music, writing fiction, drawing, painting, using clay, etc. I am an empath and feel things very deeply which I believe is one personality trait that enhances my artistic abilities. My #1 goal is to achieve the ability to purchase a new home in the country where I can have plenty of room to let my artistic capabilites be able to just run wild!
CAREER:
I wanted to create a website about something that I enjoyed and because the word Art can mean so many things I figured that was the best title for my site. Since High School I have been super excited about Everything Art. Anything and everything artistic is me in a nutshell and anything I can do to let all the creative juices flow and make something amazing and appealing to others is what I strive to accomplish. My main goal is to cause an emotional response in reaction to something I have created. I have just achieved my Associate of Arts Degree and will continue on to a four year college that will enhance my artistic capabilites and help me to expand my artistic talents with the hope of using those talents for therapy and entertainment.
CURRENT WORKS:
My current finished works can be found, viewed, and even purchased within my personal gallery linked to this site. If you see anything that speaks to you in any way, even if it is not listed for sale at this time, please feel free to message me and let me know of your desire. I will do my best to answer any and all requests for work. I am currently being commissioned by a gentleman in Florida who has sought me out to create hand-painted guitar fronts, that he can then put together to sell online. If this commission goes well, my art will be able to be seen by many. And if it is allowed, I will see if I can post the finished products in my gallery for viewing! In the past I have been commissioned for drawings to be used as gifts, a mural on the side of a barn, and advertising for upcoming community college events.
