3 Albums Worth Mentioning
- "Stone Sour" - 2002
- This album has a song on it I like called "Bother". The video is the coolest because the lead singer Corey is looking in the mirror at himself and slowly aging overtime, like in the timelapse videos you see on the discovery channel. This song was just one of the songs that got me hooked on Stone Sour as a favorite Band.
- "Come What(ever) May - 2006
-
The Song "Through the Glass" is featured on this album. The video represents what hollywood is really like. That all these so called role-models we look up to, (ie. Actors, Actresses, Singers, etc.) are all a bunch of fakers. It shows that everything we see according to hollywood is what they want us to see and not exactly what is truly there!
- "Audio Secrecy" - 2010
- Audio Secrecy is probably my favorite album of all. It has two most recent songs on it that I really liked and also enjoyed watching the videos of. The first one is "Hesitate" which is about a man overtime in a failing marriage deciding that he is done. That his ex burned all the life out of him, and the video ends with him buring the house down with him inside it. The second song I liked off this album is titled "Say You'll Haunt Me". This song has some comparisons to the type of music the lead singer Corey Taylor sings in his second band Slipknot. There is some yelling in this song but in my opinion adds to the drama of the meaning behind the video. What is they meaning behind the video? This is actually interesting because it is left up to interpretation at the end, which kinda adds for a twist in the video and leaves you guessing and wanting to watch it again to see what you missed! It is one I wouldn't miss out on!
